Once the order has been communicated to our vendors or the shipping process has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, or similar products are not accepted. However, a refund or replacement may be considered if the delivered product is proven to be of poor quality.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service team on the same day of delivery.

Warranty-Based Products

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by HOUSE OF SANSKARI BCHHE LLP, it will be processed within 3–5 business days.

The refunded amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment used during purchase.
